Code Book Updates

Classes begin four times a year in January, April, July and October. Each class meets one day a week for seven weeks for a total of 24 ½ hours. Find the location closest to you on the map below. Click on the red marker for specific location, dates and times of the classes in that location or just scroll down to the list of locations and times.

The state exam cost is $100. On the registration form you will be required to list 3 years of full-time construction or design experience. License fee of $150 is payable to state after you receive your exam results.

Class time: Evening classes, 6:00-9:30PM, one night/week for 7 weeks. Total of 24 1/2 hours
* Oak Bluffs, 3:30-7PM.    **Nantucket, 8:30AM-noon.    Bourne, 5:30-9:00 pm.
