1) Attend all 7 Classes
2) Do all the required homework assignments
3) Pay all the required fees by week 4
4) Forward the original of your exam results to us within one week of receipt and schedule your next class.

If you fail the State Exam, Don’t Give Up. Take the course over for FREE
1) You can take the next available class at your original school location or at any other of our school locations in Mass. FREE! (Example: If you take the January class and fail the exam you may take the NEXT class starting in April.)
2)You have only 1 opportunity to retake the course for FREE.
We will reimburse your exam fee, for your second test, if:
1) You must take the next available class.
2) Attend all 7 classes (You must have 100% attendance for 2 consecutive classes)
3) Forward the original, or a photocopy of your exam results to us within one week of receipt. Within 2 weeks, we will forward you a check to reimburse your exam fee expense.
MINIMUM GUARANTEE: To obtain the Minimum Guarantee level you must:
1) Attend 5 of the first 6 classes. You can not miss week 7.
2) Do all the required homework assignments.
3) Pay all required fees by week 4.
4) Send the original exam results to us within one week of receipt and schedule your next class.
If you fail the State Exam, Don’t Give Up. Take the course over for FREE
1) You can take the next available class as described above.
2) You have only 1 opportunity to retake the course for FREE
NO GUARANTEE: There is no guarantee if you do any of the following:
1) Miss more than 1 class or miss week 7 class.
2) Do not do the required homework assignments.
3) Do not pay all required fees by week 4.
4) Do not take the state exam within 2 weeks after the end of the course.
5) Do not schedule your next class within 1 week of receipt of your exam results.
6) You can not read and understand English.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: (Deadline: 24 hours before start of class)
Before Start of first class: 100% refund, minus $25 administration fee.
Before Start of second class: Refund total amount paid less $145. No refund on code book
After second class NO REFUND!!!
